Steering Committee

The Vision 2030 Steering Committee is a group of Lenexa residents who have been identified to help guide the community visioning process – Lenexa Vision 2030. Mayor Mike Boehm has appointed Craig Denny and Mandy Stuke as Co-Chairs for this effort. Craig and Mandy will lead a Steering Committee of 12 individuals (10 adult and 2 youth members) during the next several months.

The responsibilities of the Steering Committee include:

1. Overseeing the work of the Issue Based Task Forces

2. Reviewing and synthesizing the draft report

3. Presenting ideas and thoughts to the Governing Body

4. Formally presenting the Vision 2030 Report, which will lay out goals and strategies to help Lenexa be what the community envisions in 2030
