Every quarter the department holds a meeting to specifically communicate with commercial and land development interests. The meetings are held from 4-6 P.M. in the Executive Conference Room at City Hall. (The Executive Conference Room is located at the far north end of the City Hall lobby, past the Council Chambers.)

The Commercial Development meeting is generally held on the fifth Wednesday when it occurs in a months, but specific invitations are sent to confirm the date.
